The Assassin is a cold-blood warrior, who fights for Sergeant Martinez (it's later revealed that he actually works for Mike Toreno).
He was introduced in Season 2 Ep.5 and showed a great amount of strenght, killing Lance Vance and Cesar Vialpando in one battle.
In the next episode, The Assassin returned and again showed a great amount of strenght, killing Vic Vance in a fight and destroying a helicopter from Tommy Vercetti with crashing a motorcycle into it and blowing it up with a rocket launcher.
In the season finale, he kills Tommy Vercetti aswell.
In the first episode of Season 3, it was revealed that he also killed Umberto Robina and his gang in the aftermatch of the gang war in Season 2.
